The 108 Event is a free, globally distributed movement practice held on the solstices and equinoxes. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. Our Green Moment LLC provides the framework, materials, and community infrastructure. We do not directly supervise, instruct, or monitor individual participation.

2. Acceptable Use

3. Founding Host Studios

Studios and teachers who participate as official founding hosts do so under a separate written agreement with Our Green Moment LLC. Hosting The 108 Event does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the host and Our Green Moment LLC.

Hosts are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, insurance, and consents required by their local laws and regulations for hosting a movement or yoga event.

4. Intellectual Property

The 108 Event name, logo, website content, event framework, marketing materials, and associated assets are the property of Our Green Moment LLC. You may not use these without our express written permission, except as expressly permitted for official founding host partners under their host agreement.

The 108 sun and moon salutation sequences themselves are part of the shared heritage of yoga practice and are not claimed as proprietary by Our Green Moment LLC.

5. User-Generated Content

If you share content in our community spaces or submit photos, videos, or reflections in connection with The 108 Event, you grant Our Green Moment LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional and community purposes, with attribution where appropriate. You retain ownership of your content.

Modify or discontinue any practice at any time based on how your body feels. There is no obligation to complete the full 108 repetitions. A modified or partial practice is always valid and honored.

4. Host Studios and Teachers

Official 108 Event host studios and teachers provide instruction based on their own qualifications and training. Our Green Moment LLC does not certify, credential, or supervise individual teachers beyond their agreement to host the event. Participants should satisfy themselves as to the qualifications of any teacher they practice with.

Host studios are independently responsible for ensuring their events comply with applicable safety standards, obtaining appropriate insurance, and communicating any relevant health and safety guidelines to their local participants.

5. Flow State and Neuroscience Content

References to flow states, neural entrainment, transient hypofrontality, circadian biology, and related concepts are based on published research by independent scientists and researchers. Our Green Moment LLC makes no claims that participation in The 108 Event will produce any specific physiological, psychological, or neurological outcome in any individual.

Individual results from movement practices vary significantly based on personal factors including fitness level, health status, experience, and consistency of practice.

6. Assumption of Risk
